Hiya,

My name is Michelle.  I’ve put this page up for a few reasons.

One,

I live in an apt in NYC.  Do I need say there’s limited space in a NYC apartment?  Well, actually I have a  nice sized apartment but my kitchen does have limited space.   I pretty much only have limited table top space.  But after a recent trip to Whole Foods and seeing the ASTRONOMICAL prices for so-called healthy food – I thought it has to be cheaper to grow this stuff.  So I started doing research on growing my own little indoor garden.

Caveats – I like simple and I like clean.  I never could see myself buying pots and potting soil.  I’d never get around to planting the darns things anyway.  Then my cat would start playing with the soil bag and then it would be all over my kitchen and I’d be ticked but feel guilty about blaming the cat when I was the one who left it on the floor. . . get my point?

So after some searching I came across hydroponic gardening.  Hmm – at least it sounded cleaner than traditional gardening.  (And traditional gardening is fine, I’m just can’t be bothered.)  This blog is just some of the research and products I’ve stumbled on.

Two,

Money.  Why not provide some info and make some cash?  Look, its not like Amazon is gonna pay out to me a million for a lead that purchased a seed pack.  But again I live in NY, any little bit counts.
